Welcome to Voy (“we,” “the App”). Voy is a technological platform that connects users with merchants and delivery drivers so that you can receive products directly at your home. By registering and using our App, you accept these Terms and Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any of them, you must not use the App.
The Voy App allows you to place product orders through affiliated merchants and receive them through delivery drivers. We act as intermediaries and are not responsible for the quality of the products or for delays caused by merchants or delivery drivers.
You must be over 18 years old.
Provide truthful and up-to-date information when registering.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.
We reserve the right to suspend or cancel accounts that violate these Terms.
Each order has a maximum value of €200.
Payments are made through the methods available in the App.
Voy may charge a service commission, visible before confirming your order.
Refunds are not allowed outside of what is stated in our returns policy.
Provide correct information when placing orders.
Comply with applicable regulations and not use the App for illegal purposes.
Respect delivery drivers and merchants during interactions.
Merchants must deliver products according to the description, quality, and hygiene standards.
Delivery drivers must carry out deliveries in a timely and proper manner, respecting road safety regulations.
Both merchants and delivery drivers must comply with applicable laws.
All content of Voy, including trademarks, logos, software, and texts, is the property of the company. Its use without authorization is not permitted.
The use of Voy implies acceptance of our Privacy Policy, which governs the collection, use, and protection of your personal data.
The App is provided “as is” and does not guarantee continuous availability or the absence of errors.
We are not responsible for delays, losses, or damages caused by merchants or delivery drivers.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be notified to users through the App or by email.
We reserve the right to suspend or cancel accounts that violate the Terms, without prejudice to additional legal actions.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain, and any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Madrid.
